Constant Child Care Children's Home is a
recently refurbished large 3 bed
detached dwelling located in the
Brownhills district of Walsall. The
premises is privately owned and is
managed by a team of appropriately
qualified managers and residential
workers. It has been purposely set-up as
a Children’s Residential Home for young
people of either gender (boys/girls)
from 11 years to under 18 years at any
one time who are unable to live at home.
Constant Child Care is a children’s home
providing short-term to long-term
residential placement for young people,
catering for no more than 3 young people
in a supervised setting at anyone time.
We
work with a range of young people with
special needs, some of whom are
statemented under the Education Act
1944. The young people who live at
Constant Child Care will have come from
a range of settings and experiences,
e.g. home, family/relatives breakdown,
fostering breakdown, other residential
Homes.
With
support, guidance and assistance, we aim
to:
1. Work
within the Care Plan as agreed with the
Local Authority and to rehabilitate the
young person within a family
environment.
2.
Provide short to long term residential
care placement.
The
young people who come to live at this
home will be offered an on-going
assessment and a programme of social
care, promoting education, providing a
stimulating environment where young
people have the opportunity to reach
their potential.
